Head of corporate governance

 

 The company board meeting made a resolution has been appointed Mr. Chang, Chiu-Hsiung to serve as head of corporate governance   and in charge of all events and activities of corporate governance since 2023/06/21. Mr. Chang, Chiu-Hsiung as the incumbent chief   financial officer, has been engaged in financial, stock affairs and corporate governance matters in a public company and being in   executive  positions for more than three years.

 

 Executing focus of Head of corporate governance

 

 1. Handle matters related to the board meetings and shareholders meeting in accordance with the law.
 2. Prepare the minutes of the board and shareholders' meetings.
 3. Assist the directors to continue their education.
 4. Provide information necessary for directors to perform their business.
 5. Assist directors to comply with laws and regulations.
 6. Other matters stipulated in the company's articles of association or contract.
