Hazard Identification and Risk Control

To manage potential occupational safety risks, we’ve established procedures for "Risk Management Assessment" and "Emergency Response“. Annual hazard identification and risk assessments are conducted at each workplace. High-risk operational procedures are prioritized for enhanced 6S inspections. Inspection results are compiled and reported to the Environmental Health and Safety Committee, enabling management to gain full visibility into high-risk areas and take proactive actions.

Occupational Safety Education and Training

Each year, the company develops a comprehensive occupational health and safety training plan. This includes training for new hires, refresher courses for professional license holders as required by law, and ongoing safety education for all employees.
